Tastings
The primary offering of our business, each two-hour tasting combines education and enjoyment as you sample six carefully selected wines in the comfort of your own home. We offer a diverse range of themes to cater to all palettes, and our tastings are suitable for all experience levels.

Pairings
Elevate your dining experience with custom wine pairings to complement your private, coursed dinner. Utilizing the flavor profiles of each dish, as well as your personal preferences, we carefully select the perfect wine to enhance each course on your menu. *We do not offer our own chef/ food services.

For those looking to fill their own personal wine cellar or enhance their collection, we offer cellar curation services. All pricing and timing elements of this service are offered bespoke based on the individual client’s preferences, budget, and cellar size.
Hello & welcome!
I’m Erin, the owner of Tide & Vine and a certified sommelier.
I spent most of my career in corporate retail; after 11 years, I was burnt out and ready to say goodbye to corporate America. So in March of 2022, I quit my job and decided to find something that I truly loved to do. My husband and I had recently purchased our first home on LBI, and I knew that I wanted my next adventure to be in my favorite place.
I’ve loved wine for many years, and I felt that there was a white space on the island for me to share this passion with others. But first, I needed to know more myself! So after I quit my job, I signed up for sommelier school in NYC! For three months, I learned under five renowned Master Sommeliers who shared their knowledge on theory, tasting, and service. At the end of the program, I took the Court of Master Sommeliers’ Certified Sommelier Exam - and I passed!
My goal for Tide & Vine is to make wine more fun and less intimidating; I hope that my clients leave their event feeling that they can confidently shop a wine store or talk to the sommelier in a restaurant. Moreover, I want to create an atmosphere where people can have fun while learning, and make great memories with family and friends.
