Pairings
We offer custom wine pairings as an addition to any private, coursed dinner you host. While we do not offer our own dinner/ chef services, if you have independently booked an event and would like to add a wine pairing for each course, we are happy to provide a selection. We offer two pairing options:
Full-Service Pairing: We will attend your event and pour each selected wine by course, providing details on each wine and the reason for the pairing. We provide the glassware.
$500 flat fee for groups up to 18 plus the cost of wine (determined by client); email for larger parties.Basic Pairing: We select the wines and coordinate to drop them off with you in advance of your event; each wine will be labeled by course. Glassware is not provided.
$200 flat fee for groups up to 18 plus the cost of wine (determined by client); email for larger parties.
What Else to Know:
Any guest drinking wine must be 21+
Must receive finalized menu 10 days prior to event
For full service, please allow approx. 30 mins for set-up/ breakdown on either end of event.
